Western Uranium Changes Name to Concordia Resource Corp.
Vancouver, BC - Western Uranium Corporation (TSX-V:WUC) (the "Company" or "WUC") is pleased to announce that the TSX Venture Exchange has given final approval to the change of name of the Company to Concordia Resource Corp. Effective April 5, 2011 the shares of Concordia Resource Corp. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "CCN.V"

The change of name reflects the Company's strategy for expansion through acquisition and exploration globally, and through a shift in focus from uranium into a more diversified exploration and development company.
